Needing to Challenge Ourselves

The few of you :) who regularly visit my blog have probably noticed that i have been very quiet on the creative front.

Well there is an excuse for that. It’s that I have lost my will to create.  I have always used my creativity as a way to leave the real real world and step into a special little world that sends me into a realm that nobody else can step into.  Its where i can create to inspire my customers, my team, my fellow demonstrators and you my blog readers.  But what about ME i have forgotten that i also need to create for me.

I had a space of time where i forced myself to stop being a stampin up demonstrator and that time has proved to take away my inspiration to create. My love for creating is missing, I don’t know where it has gone but i am trying to find it and find my life again but this has proved to be difficult.

WHY?
Well the real world has stepped into my creative world and has made me feel that i cannot attempt to create or write on my blog without saying or doing something that may prove to be the downfall of my life as i see it now.

My Stampin Up business has given me the opportunity to meet the most amazing people and they are my customers (MY FRIENDS), my team (MY FRIENDS) and other Demonstrators (MY FRIENDS).  Without these people i don’t think if would be able to function at this time.

Gees i can ramble and at this stage over the past few weeks i have deleted my post and just posted the DEAL OF THE WEEK but i am still here and hope that you are too. I am not sure that you want to listen to anymore so i will get on with what i was here for in the first place and that is the card i created for the splitcoast stampers Clean and Simple Challenge.
Do you ever have a mental block and you need that something to inspire you to actually create or do something? Well thats what i think i needed and this is the card i came up with for the challenge CAS72. I think it came up quite nicely for someone who has lost their motivation.

The colours were inspired by a swap i received at the stampin up convention from Tina white in May this year.
I have used the Autumn Days stamp set, Autumn Harvest rubons and Autumn Traditions DSP.
Colours are Rich Razzleberry, Not quite Navy and So Saffron.

Hello everyone. I have had a wonderful weekend at the Stampin’Up! Convention.
I think i am one very lucky person to have met such an amazing bunch of people who have the same interest as myself.
As most of you know my last 6 months has been pretty bad with a forced break from Stampin’Up! and my life pretty much. Well i actually went up on stage for a recruiting award, a level 2 sales award and again (4th year in a row) top 25 demonstrators in Australia for 2010 and came in this year at number 20.
I just want to thank my customers and my team from the bottom of my heart because without you i would not have been able to do it.
My dream now?????? To go to FIJI next year on the stampin’ Up! incentive trip. (big dream huh?)

Okay well i am here tonight to show you some pics of our next Stamp-a-stack which is being run for me by one of my team members Sharon Sweet.
Dates are Monday 14th June, 7pm BYO Adhesive
Tuesday 15th June, 7pm BYO Adhesive.
Please RSVP BY Friday 11th June.
Cost $25 8 cards in 4 designs with envelopes.
Please contact me for further details. I will be attending the class and will be making the cards too. I can’t wait.

Imagine yourself with that new Flat Screen TV you have wanted for so long.
Imagine yourself with that new family car.
Imagine yourself with a new Leather Lounge.
Imagine yourself, a stay at home mum, working for yourself and adding to the family income. The eldest is at school and #2 is in Kindy. Wouldn’t you love to always be able to pick them up from school and take them to their football practise or ballet classs but still be able to save for those special holidays.

Why not become a Stampin’Up! demonstrator. You can work your own hours with great incentives and free products to achieve.  An awesome Compensation plan and the opportunity to go on holidays to places like Hamilton Island and Fiji for free.

The Stampin’Up! Starter kit is valued at over $600 and the price for anybody taking up the demonstrator opportunity is $324 but from now until the 31st of July you can take a further 20% off the price and pay only $259.00

How can you take up this opportunity?

Phone me today on 0419 990 499
Email me on khunter@vic.chariot.net.au
Go to my demonstrator website and apply online by Clicking on the join now at the top right hand corner and putting in the password Kerri.
You will need an ABN or you can contact me and i can either put an information pack in the mail or pop around and see you.

Stamp Club

Tomorrow night is Stamp Club with a group of gorgeous girls that have been coming here now for almost 3 years.

Every couple of months we get together here in my home and they make something that i have created for them. All they bring is their papertrimmer and adhesive. The rest of it I supply.
Since it is Mothers day on Sunday we will be making a Mothers day project. A box for that special something and of course a matching Mothers Day card.

I look forward to seeing the girls and the girls at the workshop on Saturday that will be making the same project.

Where is my MOJO? have you seen it?

I am trying hard to find out where my mojo has gone. If you see it could you grab it and bring it back to me please. In the meantime you might like to see a card i made a few weeks ago when it was still around.

I have used new products from the mini catalogue. Gotta say that i love vintage vogue, the bird punch, the bigshot and the dies for the bigshot.

Some of you already know that my daughter and I sell Wicked Scent Soy Candles at the market. Its her baby but i want to be a part of it some day
